Terms and Conditions
Plain-English terms for every Call Campo job. Questions: hello@callcampo.au.
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Call Campo, an external cleaning business located in Gladstone, QLD, Australia. By booking a service you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Call Campo provides professional external cleaning for residential and commercial properties. The scope of each job is set out in the written quote.
3. Minimum charge
A minimum charge of $130.00 applies to all pressure washing services. This covers equipment, labour, travel and materials.
4. Quotes and pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars and, for residential customers, include GST unless stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of booking and are valid for 30 days. If the site or scope differs from what was described, the quote may be revised before work starts. A deposit may be required for larger jobs.
5. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank deposit and tap-and-go card payment. Overdue accounts may be referred for recovery and reasonable recovery costs may be added.
6. Access to the property
The client is responsible for making sure the areas to be cleaned are accessible, that a working water supply is available, and that vehicles, furniture and pets are moved or secured.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations where we have already travelled to the property may incur a call-out fee.
8. Liability
Call Campo is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, including loose paint, brittle roofing, degraded sealant or unsound surfaces, or for issues that arise from them during a normal clean. We hold $20 million public liability insurance.
9. Damage and complaints
If you believe something was damaged during a service, let us know as soon as possible, ideally within seven days, so it can be inspected and put right.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties without consent except where required by law.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to provide services caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather.

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after it is published.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
