Surface check
We identify what the house is built from and how it is painted or sealed. Each surface gets the pressure and solution it can handle.

Prep
Windows and doors are closed, outdoor furniture is moved, plants are wet down and electrical points are protected.

Top down
We work from the eaves down so dirt is never washed back over a clean wall. Growth is treated, dwelled and rinsed.

Final rinse
Windows, paths and gardens are rinsed and we walk the property with you if you are home.

House Washing questions
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have access to the outside and a tap, we can do the job while you are at work and send photos when we are done.
Will it clean the windows?
The frames, screens and sills get rinsed as part of the wash. Detailed glass cleaning is a separate job we can quote.
Is the solution safe for my plants and pets?
We pre-wet and rinse gardens and keep pets inside while we work. The products break down quickly once diluted and rinsed.
