Your name, phone number, email, property address, details of the service requested, photos you send us, form submissions and basic website usage data.

Through the quote form and phone or email contact, through Facebook Lead Ads and other advertising, and through your use of this website.
3. How we use it
To prepare quotes, deliver and schedule services, send confirmations and reminders, improve our services, send occasional marketing you can opt out of, and meet legal obligations.
4. Enquiries and job management
Enquiries are stored in ServiceM8, the job management system Call Campo uses, so we can quote, schedule and invoice your job.
5. Advertising and tracking
We use Meta (Facebook) advertising tools such as Lead Ads, the Meta Pixel, custom audiences and conversion tracking, and Google tools such as Analytics and Ads. These use cookies and similar technologies to measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies in your browser.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. It may be shared with service providers who help us run the business, such as our job management, payment and advertising platforms, and with authorities where the law requires.
7. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
9. Marketing
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us.
