Look first
We check the roof type, condition, access and what is growing on it. Old, brittle or painted roofs get a gentler approach.

Protect the surrounds
Plants and gardens are pre-wet and covered where needed. Vehicles are moved. Downpipes are managed so runoff goes where it should.

Soft wash, not blast
A low-pressure application of a roof-safe solution does the work. High pressure on a roof lifts paint, loosens fasteners and forces water under sheets, so we do not do it.

Rinse and report
Everything below the roofline is rinsed off, then you get your photos and a note on anything worth knowing, like rusted screws or lifted flashing, in your Roof Health Report.

High pressure can. That is why we soft wash roofs: low pressure, the right solution, and time to let it work. It cleans better and it is kinder to the roof.
How long does it take?
Most homes are done in half a day. Larger or heavily grown roofs can take a full day.
What about my tank water?
Tell us if you are on tank water and we will divert or disconnect the downpipes before we start.
How often should a roof be cleaned?
