Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to all services provided by Call Campo, an external cleaning company located in Gladstone, QLD, Australia (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We offer professional external cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties, which include but are not limited to: A detailed list of services and pricing is available upon request.
3. Minimum Charge
A minimum charge of $130.00 applies to all pressure washing services. This minimum charge covers the cost of our equipment, labor, travel and materials. In the event the scope of work is smaller than anticipated or we are unable commence a job (ie windows open, furniture in place, vehicles on driveway), the minimum charge will still apply.
4. Quotes and Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of the booking. Any additional work or unforeseen circumstances may result in a revised price.
- Quote is valid for 30days
- For larger jobs, a deposit may be required before services are carried out, depending on the size and scope of the project.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the service.
- We accept payment via Bank Deposit, “Tap and GO” service.
- An invoice will be provided, which must be paid within the terms stated on the invoice.
- Late payments may incur a late fee of 10% interest per week until full payment is made.
6. Access to Property
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that the area to be cleaned is accessible to our team.
- Any obstructions or hazardous conditions must be disclosed prior to the commencement of services.
- If we are unable to access the property or the work area on the scheduled date, additional charges may apply, and a rescheduling fee may be incurred.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or changes to the scheduled service must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Client may be charged a cancellation fee of $50 or at our minimum charge $130.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services in the event of extreme weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Liability
- We take all necessary precautions to ensure that our services are carried out safely and professionally. However, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to property or unexpected issues arising during the course of the external clean.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that valuable or fragile items are moved prior to the service.
- We are not liable for any damage to surfaces that may result from the cleaning process if the surface is already damaged, improperly maintained, or unsuitable for external cleaning.
9. Property Damage and Complaints
- Any damage claims must be made in writing within 48 hours of the service.
- We will inspect any reported damage and work to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner. However, if the damage was caused by pre-existing conditions, our liability will be limited to the cost of the service provided.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided to us during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the services you request. We will not disclose or share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
11. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
12. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of QLD in Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gladstone,QLD.
